This mid-20th century French wrought iron coffee table features a rectangular ceramic tile top framed by an iron surround and supported by a sculptural iron base with intersecting stretchers, arrow motifs, and heart-form detailing throughout. The tiled surface incorporates playing card suit symbols alongside engraved figural panels, creating a decorative and unique composition.
Designed in the style of André Arbus, the table reflects the restrained elegance and refined craftsmanship associated with French decorative ironwork of the period. The contrast between the dark iron framework and the warm tonal variation of the ceramic tiles gives the piece both graphic presence and softness, allowing it to function equally well within traditional, European, or more collected modern interiors. The card-inspired motifs also make it especially compelling within a game room, library, or entertaining space.

Structurally sound.
