This striking set of six oak dining chairs embodies the bold elegance of Pugin-inspired design, with carved rosettes, shaped back rails, and sculptural X-form bases—dramatic from every angle and brimming with historical charm. The solid oak frames feature Gothic Revival detailing that lends structure and visual interest.
Each chair has been professionally reinforced and reupholstered in Schumacher’s Elkhart fabric in Brown—a warm, small-scale check woven in Italy with a 35,000 Martindale rating for durability. The upholstery is finished with a coordinating gimp trim, subtly echoing the tonal palette and adding a refined edge to the seat. The result is a balanced blend of old and new.
